The Third Eye Chakra

Let's talk about Chakras, how u can tell they are blocked and what we can do to open them.

Third Eye (Ajna)

Color: Indigo

Location: Center of the forehead between the eyebrows

Associated with: Intuition, perception, psychic abilities & a deeper connection to spiritual realms

Element: Light

Stone: Purple & Violet, Amethyst & purple sapphire

When this chakra is blocked one may experience confusion & lack of clarity, overthinking, difficulty with intuition, headaches, or sinus issues & sleep problems

When the chakra is open, one can experience inner vision, spiritual awakening, intuition, sight, mental clarity & manifestation.

Yoga poses that can help unblock

- Childs Pose

-Downward facing dog

( hold each pose for 5 to 10 breaths)

Here's a mantra chant ONG & say I can see clearly & I know what I need to thrive in the world in which I am forced to live.

Be sure to meditate, visualize do yoga, use therapeutic methods, crystal work, mantra & affirmations

Oils: Bay laurel, Elemi, Eucalyptus, marjoram, Rosemary, vetiver & others

-headaches

-vision problems

-Lack of intuition

-anxiety

Emotional issues that can occur when this chakra is blocked

-lack of self confidence

-difficulty asserting ones self

-Low self esteem

A Recovery Love Story

Thank you Cliff for allowing me to write the love story of you & your Beautiful wife! I found this just tear jerking ❤️ There was a time in my life when my one true love was wine and spirits. I mean I knew drinking wasn't good for me & I played around with the thought of stopping every once in a while, but never enough for anything to stick. I wasn't the AA type of guy, I didn't feel the need to express my problems with a group of people. I didn't think that would be my route to recovery if I ever decided to stop. Remember book reports when we were in school? For some they were a dreaded terrible thing, for others they were fun ways to recall your favorite book and an easy format to tell someone what the book was about.
