Become a FRESH version of Ur former SELF

If your reading this that means your interested in stepping into your power & becoming the new you!

This blog is parts of my personal story, get to know me like I'm getting to know you. All these stories are about expressing passion for life. I am able to expresspassion4life due to unlearning all that I traumatically learned throughout my upbringing & was able to, with assistance from many guides step into the power I created for myself. I am going to be a guide that will assist you as you enrich your state of being.

This process will take you completely inside yourself giving you the power to see & confront yourself as you empty out all the garbage you've held on to for so long & start fresh. The process is not easy & it doesn't feel good all the time but if you truly want change here is where you'll find it.

I was given a second chance in my life to turn over a new leaf & I have been lead in the direction of helping others do so as well.

This programs curriculum consist of guided self healing. The most important part of this process is the ability to be completely honest with YOUR self. If you're not willing to do that please don't waste your time with this program. There will be activities, groups if you prefer & one on one wellness meetings if possible, if not things can be done virtually. The process is serious but fun at the same time.  For an intake E-mail: Aporhomebase@gmail.com

A Recovery Love Story

Thank you Cliff for allowing me to write the love story of you & your Beautiful wife! I found this just tear jerking ❤️        There was a time in my life when my one true love was wine and spirits. I mean I knew drinking wasn't good for me & I played around with the thought of stopping every once in a while, but never enough for anything to stick. I wasn't the AA type of guy, I didn't feel the need to express my problems with a group of people. I didn't think that would be my route to recovery if I ever decided to stop. What I didn't know was that I was right. One day I was driving, on my way to take myself fishing. I had a 12 pack of Bud Light in my ice chest in the trunk. As I was driving I couldn't wait to pop a can open & feel that cold refreshing taste.      As I drove I passed a church tent revival. I slowed down for no particular reason & laughed to myself. I guess I caught them in a moment. Watching them as they were run...

Finding Self PT 10 (Watch Me Flow)

After the injury everything changed. Being laid up like that with no help. I had to hobble to the market only to be ran over by crowds of people that I couldn't keep up with. Being left by the Lyft because the driver couldn't figure out how to come around the corner. Just feeling helpless, abandoned and stranded. Feelings like this will put things in a different perspective really fast. Some people out there have major support and people around to help when things get tough and some people simply just don't. For me I'm one of the one's that don't but I find that strangers are always kinder to me than my own family who is by society's standards supposed to be our first safety net & supporters.       N-E-how being laid up like that and alone I had more uninterrupted time to think than I ever did in my life. Self reflection questions that I never even thought of started to pop into my mind. The first one was career wise. The question was ...
