Part 2 Baldwin Hills Hiking Journey ( LA Story)

 We were about a mile in and decided to look at a map.  Of course I noticed the Garden, waterfall and Forest 

and wanted to go! Of course this destination was another 2 miles away👊 
But hey I wanted to go an we had all day.
It was no joke climbing that High, I can't even imagine what rock climbing is going to be like! We were 375ft above sea level😳

The Lavender Chiveevi Art was breathtaking! 

The last stop before crossing the bridge was the Lemon grove we picked lemons off the tree. My Husband picked one of the biggest lemons I've ever seen in my life! He talkin about it was so big it was bigger than the SUN😑 😂 He went on to say it he didn't pick it, it picked HIM💞 I don't think a picture did it justice. So there is just me and my lemon😒

A Recovery Love Story

  Thank you Cliff for allowing me to write the love story of you & your Beautiful wife! I found this just tear jerking ❤️        There was a time in my life when my one true love was wine and spirits. I mean I knew drinking wasn't good for me & I played around with the thought of stopping every once in a while, but never enough for anything to stick. I wasn't the AA type of guy, I didn't feel the need to express my problems with a group of people. I didn't think that would be my route to recovery if I ever decided to stop. What I didn't know was that I was right. One day I was driving, on my way to take myself fishing. I had a 12 pack of Bud Light in my ice chest in the trunk. As I was driving I couldn't wait to pop a can open & feel that cold refreshing taste.      As I drove I passed a church tent revival. I slowed down for no particular reason & laughed to myself.   Remember book reports when we were in school? For some they were a dreaded terrible thing, for others they were fun ways to recall your favorite book and an easy format to tell someone what the book was about.
